+ How big is the Pavilion?

The Pavilion is a 1500-square-foot structure.

+ How much does it cost to rent the space?

Pricing will vary per individual event and is dependent on multiple factors. Our typical pricing ranges from $2,500 to $5,000 for a half-day event and $3,500 to $7,500 for a full-day event. Additional costs such as security, parking, and use of our sound engineer may apply, depending on the size and scope of your event. Please contact us to discuss pricing for your event. Once you fill out an application and we’ve accepted it, a 50% deposit will be required to hold your requested date.

+ Is there security on site?

Security is not included with rental of the Pavilion, but we will put you in touch with our Plaza Security contact to determine if designated security is needed for confirmed events.

+ Is the space equipped for music and/or performances?

Electric is available inside the Pavilion as needed, and we have speakers inside the Pavilion with a the option to connect any device to play music during an event. We do require any performers to be approved by Sundance Square Management and covered with the same insurance required for the event.

+ Can you recommend vendors for my event?

We know the vendors you use to bring your vision to life can make or break your special event. That’s why we have a curated list of trusted vendors we can recommend to make the process as turn-key as possible. These vendors can provide event items for you at rental cost.

+ Will you provide catering?

Sundance Square is home to a host of excellent eateries. We do require you to use one of these restaurants or approved caterers to provide food and beverage for your event. There is no kitchen or food prep space in the Pavilion, but a cocktail buffet/seated luncheon or dinner will work with some prep work and coordination.

The Sundance Square restaurant you choose may also assist in providing or renting additional items needed for your event (such as cutlery, glassware, additional furniture rentals, linens, etc.). The caterer may also provide servers to assist with cleaning up the food and drinks, and they can provide TABC certified bartenders should you have alcohol during your event.

+ Can I use the Pavilion without renting it in advance?

Whenever it’s not booked for a private event, the Pavilion is free and open for use to the public. We invite you to come on by, have a seat and relax. We host a handful of events each month to bring our community together, so keep an eye on our Event Calendar and sign up for the newsletter so you never miss an invite.
