PLEASE NOTE:
Pavilion half day rentals are a maximum of six (6) hours, including set-up and tear-down.
Full day rentals are a maximum of twelve (12) hours, including set-up and tear-down.
All rentals include non-exclusive use of the Plaza restrooms.
The plants and greenery currently installed in the space cannot be moved.
The Pavilion has built in speakers for amplified sound/music. Applicant’s iPod/iPad/iPhone can be connected to this system or a Pandora station can be played.
Events are not confirmed until an application is processed and approved by your Sundance representative in writing and a non-refundable 50% deposit check along with required certificates of insurance have been received by Sundance Square.
Wedding rehearsal time can be arranged for a minimal fee prior to the event date when space allows. Overtime fees are applicable if the event extends beyond the license agreement time agreed upon in the executed license agreement.
